Francis died the year he married, no children found.

NOTICE is hereby given, that the Partnership heretofore existing between us the undersigned, Francis John Hyatt, Joseph Hyatt, and Rebecca Hyatt, carrying on business at 127 and 128, Upper-street, Islington, in the county of Middlesex, under the firm of Francis and Francis John Hyatt, as Berlin Wool Dealers and Fancy Jewellers, has been dissolved by mutual consent; and the said Joseph Hyatt and Rebecca Hyatt, will continue to carry on the said business at the same address and will pay all debts owing by, and receive all moneys owing to, the said partnership.
