Narrative
Arthur died whilst in active service during WW2, fatally wounded in Azad, Kashmir, Pakistan, whilst in the Merchant Navy. He was returned home and buried at the Manor Park Naval Burial Ground. He is said to have left a wife and 4 children, I can only find 2. He was known within the family as "Boy". Nothing more is known about his family. Manor park cemetery is in the grounds of the old Naval Hospital in Greenwich. His service records are unavailable.
